Digital Safari ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Easy Bill Generator website (https://easybillgenerator.com/) and the associated application for Android and Windows (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing the website, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Website and Service Use
Our website provides information and distribution links for the Easy Bill Generator app. We redirect Android users to the Google Play Store and provide a direct download for the Windows .exe file. You agree to use these links and the software provided only for lawful business purposes.
2. User Accounts & Security
To access certain features like cloud synchronization and data restore, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to protect your account.
3. User-Generated Content
You retain full ownership of the data you enter (invoices, items, customers). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and sync your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content and for maintaining independent backups.
4. Subscriptions & Payments (Google Play)
Premium features are available through paid subscriptions handled securely via Google Play Billing.
- Free Trial: We offer a one-time 3-day trial. It automatically renews to a paid plan unless cancelled 24 hours before expiry.
- Risk Disclaimer: All financial transactions are at your own risk. We are not responsible for payment failures or billing issues handled by Google Play.
- Refunds: All refund requests are governed by Google Play's refund policy.
5. Credits & Reward System
You can earn free credits by watching rewarded advertisements. Credits have no real-world monetary value, are non-refundable, and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to bypass security, reverse engineering the app, or using the Service for unlawful activities.
7. Service Availability & Risk
Your use of the App is at your SOLE RISK.
- Data Loss: We are not responsible for any data loss if the local database is cleared, the device is lost, or the App is uninstalled before synchronization.
- Cloud Sync: We do not guarantee 100% uptime for cloud services.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "AS IS". We make no warranties regarding accuracy or reliability. The App is a business tool and does not constitute professional legal, tax, or accounting advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Safari shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ranchi, Jharkhand.
