Digital Safari ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Easy Bill Generator website (https://easybillgenerator.com/) and its associated applications for Android and Windows ("the App"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information across our website and platforms (Mobile and Desktop) in compliance with Google Play Store policies and global privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, and India's DPDP 2023).
1. Website and Application Role
Our website serves as a landing page to provide information about the Easy Bill Generator app and to facilitate its distribution. We redirect Android users to the official Google Play Store for installation and provide a direct download for the Windows (.exe) version. The website itself does not require user registration or collect personal business data; such data is managed within the applications themselves.
2. Information We Collect
- Application ID: The unique identifier for our App (Package Name) is collected for identification and update purposes.
- User-Entered Data (Form Inputs): When you create an invoice or set up your profile, you manually provide: Business Profile (Name, Address, Mobile, Email, Website, Proprietor Name, GST, PAN, Logo, Signature), Customer Details, Invoice/Estimate Details, Bank Details, and Additional Fields (Vehicle No, Student Class/Roll No, etc.). All filled data is securely stored and synchronized via Firebase Cloud Firestore.
- Images & Attachments: Company logos, signatures, customer photos, and other images/attachments that you upload are stored securely in Firebase Cloud Storage.
- Contact Information (User-Initiated): To make data entry easier, the App allows you to pick customer details (Name and Phone Number) from your device's contacts. This action is entirely user-initiated and the data is only used to fill the form for your invoices/records. We do not store your entire contact list on our servers.
- Device & Usage Information: Includes crash reports, OS version, device model, basic usage analytics (non-personal), and Advertising ID (collected via Google AdMob).
- Subscription & Credits Data: We track your Premium subscription status, expiry date, and available "Credits" locally and in the cloud (if synced). All financial transactions for subscriptions are handled securely by Google Play Billing.
3. How We Use Collected Information

- To generate UPI QR codes for faster payment collection on invoices
4. Data Storage, Sync & Restore
Our app allows users to generate and save PDF invoices directly to their device's storage. All user-filled data is stored securely in Firebase Cloud Firestore, and images are stored in Firebase Cloud Storage.
- Cloud Backup & Sync: Changes are queued and synced automatically when online to Firebase's secure cloud storage. This ensures your data is backed up and never lost.
- Offline-First Approach: The App works seamlessly offline. All data is saved locally first and then synchronized in the background when an internet connection is available.
- Multi-Device Restore: When you sign in with your account on a new device (Android or Windows), all your previously synced data will be automatically restored.
5. App Subscriptions (Premium)
Premium features are available through paid subscriptions handled securely via Google Play Billing.
- Processing: Payments are processed by Google Play. We do not collect or store your credit card details.
- Risk Disclaimer: All financial transactions are at your own risk. Digital Safari is not responsible for payment issues, duplicate charges, or billing failures handled by Google Play.
- Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play Store account settings.
6. Data Deletion, Retention & Risk
- User-Initiated Deletion: You can delete invoices, customers, and attachments at any time via the App's interface. Deleting records in the App will also trigger the deletion of that data from Firebase.
- Uninstall Risk: Uninstalling the App removes all local device data immediately. Cloud data remains in Firebase but can only be restored if you were signed in and synced successfully before uninstallation. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from App uninstallation.
- Account Deletion: Users may request deletion of their account at any time. All user-generated data stored in Firebase will be deleted permanently within 07 to 15 Working Days.
7. User Rights & Data Portability
- Access & Correction: You can view, edit, and update all your business data directly within the App.
- Data Portability: You can export your invoices and reports as PDF files for your own records or for use with other services.
- Opt-out: You can opt-out of personalized ads via your Google Account settings.
- Withdrawal of Consent: You can withdraw your consent for data processing by deleting your account and uninstalling the App.
